CareAcademy has launched a new class to support Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) in meeting CMS compliance training requirements for all staff.
Compliance and Ethics in Skilled Nursing Facilities is designed to help SNF teams understand how compliance and ethical decision-making contribute to safe, lawful, and high-quality care. This engaging, 60-minute class meets CMS § 483.95(d) training requirements and is now available to all customers on Essentials packages and above.

While CareAcademy does not yet offer the full curriculum to fulfill all components of § 483.95, this class—alongside Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI)—helps facilities lay the groundwork for a compliant training program.
