New Product Features and Improvements

We are excited to announce that CareAcademy’s new and improved caregiver dashboard is now available on our Basic, Essentials, Dementia Care, Home Health, and Complete packages! This updated dashboard is designed to help your caregivers stay on track with their training and increase your training completion rates.

Here are some of the benefits you can expect from our new dashboard:

  • Prioritize Training with Ease: Caregivers can see classes in the order and sequence that you assign, to help them prioritize what matters most.
  • Clear Starting Point: The “What’s Next” section clearly identifies which class to take next to keep them moving forward.
  • Transparent Tracking: Caregivers see a snapshot of their training progress to help them stay on track with their due dates.
  • Access Anywhere, Anytime: The dashboard works on all mobile devices, and the color palette aids accessibility.

Please note that our new dashboard is not available in our Legacy packages. If you are interested in upgrading your package to take advantage of this new feature, please get in touch with our customer support team.
