We are proud to announce the launch of CareAcademy Insights, a product designed to help agency and franchise managers stay on top of their caregivers’ compliance status.

CareAcademy Insights is an email product that delivers actionable insights to agency and franchise admins’ inboxes. It provides admins with data from their dashboard straight to their inbox with metrics related to caregivers who have not started training, are out of compliance, or have failed exams and are out of attempts. With this information at their fingertips, agency and franchise managers can take proactive measures to address compliance issues, such as reassigning training or scheduling additional training sessions.


Agency Admin Emails



Franchise managers can also benefit from CareAcademy Insights, as they receive information about their agencies’ number of active caregivers, the percentage of caregivers who have not started training, the percentage of caregivers who have overdue initial training, and the percentage of caregivers who have overdue annual training. These insights can help franchise managers make informed decisions about resource allocation, scheduling training sessions, and managing caregiver performance.

One of the most significant advantages of CareAcademy Insights is that it saves agency and franchise managers time. Instead of manually tracking and calculating these metrics in Excel, admins can rely on CareAcademy Insights to provide accurate, real-time data. This enables them to focus on higher-value tasks, such as developing new training programs, identifying areas for improvement, and building stronger relationships with clients.

To ensure that admins receive the right information, CareAcademy Insights has specific email eligibility criteria. Franchise Manager Emails will be sent to Franchise Managers associated with Franchisors that have at least five agencies, have data to display (active caregivers in any of the agencies), and have not opted out. Regular cadence: Emails are sent monthly on the third Tuesday of every month at 11:45 am (Eastern).

Agency Admin Emails will be sent to Agency Admins associated with active agencies, with data to display (Initial Training Overdue and/or Annual Training Overdue and/or Failed + Out of Attempts Exams), have not opted out, and have at least ten caregivers. Regular cadence: Emails are sent weekly on Tuesdays at 11:45 am (Eastern).
