CareAcademy is now offering a new catalog of California Department of Social Services (CDSS)-approved continuing education units (CEUs) for Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) and Adult Residential Facility (ARF) administrators. This new content helps administrators meet the required 20 hours of self-paced training as part of their biennial 40-hour CEU requirement, now available directly through the CareAcademy platform.
Why This Matters
California requires RCFE and ARF administrators to complete 40 hours of CDSS-approved CEU training every two years. At least 20 of those hours must be live instruction, either in person or livestreamed. The remaining hours can be completed through self-paced courses, but only if the courses are approved by CDSS.
Through a new partnership with CEUSrEZ, CareAcademy is offering 35 hours of CDSS-approved self-paced training designed to meet this need. The classes are practical, focused, and relevant to administrators working in residential care.
🔑 This offering is available to all California customers with the CareAcademy Complete package.
