We’re excited to introduce CareAcademy’s new People Skills library, featuring six engaging classes focused on key communication and customer service skills.

  • PPL0005: People Skills: Helping Upset Customers (25 mins)
  • PPL0006: People Skills: Setting Expectations (35 mins)

  • Language Options: Currently in English, with Spanish translations planned for H1 2025.
